Jeremy Cline

Jeremy Cline is an attorney at Lowry, Herren & Cline, LLC. A Cullman County native, he graduated from Fairview High School. He earned academic and athletic honors as a track and field athlete at Wallace State and Troy University. He obtained his law degree from Mississippi College School of Law.

Jeremy began his legal career in private practice in 2014 and later served as a prosecutor with the Cullman County District Attorney’s Office before rejoining Lowry, Herren & Cline in September 2022. Due to his diverse background and training, Jeremy is skilled to handle a wide variety of matters, including, but not limited to, personal injury, domestic/custody, and criminal.

In June 2025, Jeremy was appointed to serve as the City Prosecutor for the City of Cullman. This is a part-time position in which Jeremy prosecutes cases to enforce the City of Cullman’s misdemeanor offenses, traffic tickets, and municipal ordinances.

He and his wife, Brittany, live in Cullman with their three children, Sophia, Rory, and Piper, and attend Desperation Church. Jeremy enjoys watching his kids participate in sports and after-school activities, family trips out West and to National Parks, and playing golf.
