
Nelson Johnson, grew up in Arab, Alabama; He was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2019 and the Alabama bar in 2020. He has also been admitted to practice before U.S. District Court, Northern District of Alabama.
Nelson spent most of his life in Arab, Alabama. Nelson was raised working with his father and grandfather on their family farm in Marshall County Alabama. Working on that family farm taught Nelson the value of hard work and dedication. Nelson has transitioned that hard work and dedication to representing his clients in a vigorous, professional, and compassionate manner.

Nelson has handled a wide array of cases, but routinely represents victims of automobile and trucking accidents, personal injury, wrongful death, dog bite, and insurance disputes.
While attending Cumberland School of Law Nelson served as Senior Member of the Trial Board, President of the Federalist Society, and competed as a member of the Cumberland Mediation Team. Nelson graduated in the top third of his class and made the Dean's list every semester.
Nelson is married to Courtney Johnson. They have a son named Nathaniel.
